What is Pulse at the Arsenal?
Pulse is part of our foundations system for those ready to get fit or start CrossFit but need to work on mechanics, mobility and build a cardiovascular endurance base. Current unlimited Muncie CrossFit members can join our Pulse class.
What you can expect at each class:
- Nearly constant movement for the majority of the class
- Starts on time and ends on time — 45 minutes (do not be late)
- Mobility and flexibility training during each session
- Cardio/metabolic conditioning programming each session — your heart rate will be up and working! We recommend you bring a heart rate monitor, Fitbit, or Apple watch to keep track of your progress
- Warm down immediately after training — teaching longevity, injury prevention and fast recovery regardless of age
- Certified, experienced and focused coach
- Custom online programming accessible via our app, so you can still train with us if life/business won’t allow you to make it each session at 5:15 PM. Simply enter your results, and you have not missed class!
- Local world-class facility tailored to deliver a training program like this
The trial cost of the program is $85 per month (about $6.50 per class in a typical month). The initial term is a one month commitment, that will auto renew at the same rate unless you choose otherwise.
