Upcoming Schedule Changes at The Arsenal

New Schedule to Begin on Monday, March 9

Based on research, our member survey and our coaching staff’s analysis of needs we are adjusting our schedule. Ultimately it is meant to help us be better coaches and to provide more opportunities to develop each of you. In addition, we will be programming 7 days per week for those who are interested in increasing your training volume:

Changes to note:

  • 7 days of programming per week
  • 2 sessions of YOGA and Olympic per week
  • 15 minute spaces between training sessions
  • Hours added on Sunday

Our online schedule will be updated to reflect these changes in the upcoming weeks.
